1. Nature of Products

All items sold by Laadoranii are digital downloadable products.
No physical items are shipped. Once a purchase is completed and access is provided, the product is considered delivered.

Because digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

2. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the downloadable and intangible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is completed.

Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

Duplicate payment Verified through payment records
Technical issue Product cannot be accessed and support fails to resolve
Corrupt or incorrect file Verified proof and support review

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Product already downloaded or accessed

5. Download & Access Issues

If download links are not received or files are inaccessible, users must contact support within 24–48 hours of purchase.
We will resolve the issue by:

  • Re-sending the download link

  • Providing alternative access

  • Sending files manually via email (if needed)

6. Fraud & Abuse Policy

If we suspect fraudulent claims, unauthorized sharing, resale, or misuse of digital products, the refund request may be denied and access may be revoked.

Legal action may be taken against copyright violations.

7. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method only

  • No alternate payout options
